At first, you need to create a volume of shapes based on your preferences.
After that cover it with cling wrap or aluminum foil to form the exact shapes. Then use duct tape for the final shapes,
Then draw a cutting line for your pattern and cut it into pieces. Provide only one side pattern and mark it either left or right then trace it on a thick board.
After making a final pattern make sure you put a registration line for the connection guide and mark left and reverse the pattern as right.
Trace/mark/register directly to Eva foam, here I use 5 mm thick EVA foam, cut and connect all sides using contact cement...
Here add a rounded nose using foam clay on part of the nose and add some stitches to all connected parts... voila!
